Autoverse is setting a new standard in the auto dealership industry with space planning optimized for commercial flow, spacious display areas,
and central circulation corridors. Each floor, from the ground floor to the 4th floor, has been individually designed to meet the needs
of the automotive world. Explore the floor plans to choose the right location in this building, which brings together 500 independent stores under one roof.
Ground Floor – Entrance Level
The ground floor, which serves as the building’s face, is designed with a 7-meter ceiling height to offer visitors a spacious and impressive experience from the moment they step inside. This space, which offers two levels of usable area including a mezzanine, is the top choice for showrooms and prestigious brands seeking high visibility. Store sizes range from approximately 42 m² to 229 m².

Regular Floors (1st–3rd Floors) – Main Gallery Corridors
The standard floors, each with a ceiling height of 5.70 meters, offer a sense of spaciousness and display comfort far surpassing that of traditional buildings. Vehicle and pedestrian pathways are completely separated, and the 7-meter-wide vehicle lanes maximize circulation efficiency. Vehicle access to all floors is provided via ramps, while pedestrian access is provided via escalators and elevators. Store sizes range from 22 m² to 237 m², offering a variety of options.
The Rooftop – Autoverse’s Most Fun Area
The rooftop—the project’s most dynamic section—completely breaks away from the traditional shopping mall concept. Equipped with vehicle test tracks, open-air auction spaces, exhibition and festival areas, and entertainment venues, this floor offers a unique experience to car enthusiasts, families, and industry professionals. This is precisely what transforms Autoverse from a shopping mall into a vibrant hub of automotive culture.
Basement Floors – Service Area
The two basement levels, which form the service backbone of the project, are specifically designated for manufacturing, maintenance and repair, and noisy operations. Designed with a 6-meter ceiling height to allow service vehicles and equipment to move freely, this level has the capacity to meet all the technical requirements of the automotive service industry.
